HAMILTON PRIVATE RESIDENCE

With the intention to perform a complete overhaul of the existing backyard, the client’s vision was to reshape and create better usage of the area, adding safety and functionality.

The team at Penfold Projects kicked off this private residence project with extensive demolition works in order to create a blank canvas. These works included demolishing the existing pool and all existing elements of the backyard.

A boundary garden, featuring a wide selection of subtropical plants, was completed behind newly built retaining walls that frame the yard. A graphite paint colour scheme was selected for both the fencing and retaining walls, to complements the overall aesthetics of the space.

The project also incorporated the installation of a covered timber deck that connects the house to the turf area, and a new LED fitted pool with glass safety screens.
