PALAZZO VERSACE

Palazzo Versace is the first fashion-branded hotel in the world and the first of only three similar establishments. The spectacular hotel, with its striking architecture and unique waterfront setting, boasts an opulent capacity of 200 bedrooms and suites, along with 72 private condominiums.

Hedge Property Services was contracted to conduct a variety of trade works with an emphasis on protecting the brand reputation by ensuring the hotel presents flawlessly daily.

The landscape management scope for this project encompasses treatment and stimulation of the existing lush vegetation, to allow it to thrive and continue to enhance the coastal vibe of the resort. Applying the team’s extensive horticultural knowledge to this establishment ensures the landscape is maintained to an immaculate standard.

The building trade services for the hotel include minor repairs and painting to protect the property from the elements. Pressure cleaning is performed to reinvigorate the appeal of the outdoor areas along with concreting of new pathways to facilitate foot traffic throughout the hotel.
