The Requirement

To significantly enhance the visual appeal of an apartment building and contribute to a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere, which can be a selling point for potential tenants or buyers.

The Challenges

Availability and Lead Times: It was important to the client that the furniture be readily available and not have long lead times for production and delivery. Long lead times could have potentially delayed the project schedule.

Durability and Maintenance: The furniture needed to be durable and low-maintenance. The cost and effort of this maintenance needed to be considered.

Design Compatibility: The furniture needed to match the overall design aesthetic of the project. Finding high-end furniture that complemented the architectural style was important.

Space Constraints: The furniture needed to fit within the available outdoor space without making it feel overcrowded. This required careful planning and selection of appropriately sized pieces.
