ST LUKE’S GRAMMAR

St Luke’s Grammar was founded in February 1993, following the unity of three Sydney Anglican Schools Corporation (ASC) schools on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. These three schools were Roseby Preparatory Junior School, Peninsula Grammar Boys School, and St Luke’s Anglican School for Girls. The blend of the K-12 Co-Educational school opened its doors in 1993 with 43 staff members and 488 students, under the leadership of the transformed schools first principal, John Scott. Throughout the years, along with much growth, the school has seen 3 principals, with their current being Geoff Lancaster, a future-focused and innovative educator. In 2016, the ASC announced that a fourth school, Loquat Valley Anglican School will to become part of St Luke’s Grammar School. The school is now known as the St Luke’s Grammar School, Bayview Campus that caters for students from pre-kinder to Year 6.

Since the beginning of operation with the blended school in 1993, the school has grown to approx. 1200 students, 150 staff at both campuses. Building works are regularly and extensively undertaken at the Dee Why campus to ensure they are comfortably catering to the growing number of enrolling students and the facilities that are required for the extensive curriculum the school offers to its students across all cohorts. The most recent development took place in 2020, with a brand new 4-storey junior school building being completed at the Dee Why campus. The 4-storey building contains multiple purpose-built flexible learning spaces, stimulating both collaborative and independent learning and providing an inspiring environment where the students can flourish. The school ensures it is keeping up-to-date with the current learning trends by offering breakout rooms, small-group learning nooks and acoustic treatment which enables purposeful learning design that allows students to learn in a variety of modes.

What the client said

“The Vienna settings, umbrellas and Athens Bin Enclosures look great. We have them free-standing so we can move them around for different events. Very sturdy in the windy conditions we get!”
