PRODUCTION OF HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS

To produce high-quality stock, the team starts with high-quality resources and systems that assist in the delivery of the aim. Tubestock Nursery has developed a comprehensive Quality Management System which allows the company to continually improve their product quality and the services that they offer to their clients. As a show of Tubestock’s dedication to quality the team are certified in the following: AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems –Requirements and all stock is grown in accordance with the Australian Standard AS2303:2015 (Stock for Landscape Use). The Nursery is also accredited with NIASA with EcoHort Certification.

Tubestock Nursery continuously maintains a seedbank and conducts annual seed collections. Annual seed collections, cover diverse regions and Ecological Vegetation Classes (EVC) depending on client/ project requirements. Their collection methods follow industry best practice guidelines under the respective state issued permits. Tubestock’s climate-controlled seedbank contains several thousand seed lots from a wide range of areas along the east coast of Australia.

It is Tubestock Nursery’s commitment to always use materials that have been tested for quality and durability. Tubestock will not use cheap imitations or alternatives to the specified products without a rigorous consultation with the client and/or consultants. The system provides the framework required to achieve the high-quality outcomes that their clients expect time and time again.

Quality Management Procedure addresses Tubestock Nursery’s management structure along with the associated responsibilities and it provides an outline of how they ensure their suppliers meet the high level QMS. Tubestock have a complete set of quality control documents (including ITP’s, schedules and reporting charts) that are used daily in production and can be tailored to specific pre-grow contract projects. The QMS also comprises of elements that satisfy their techniques for identification and disposition of nonconforming products, their auditing process as well as all the other expected critical issues.
