ALUMINIUM RESTROOMS: WORTH THEIR SALT
28 Feb 2019
For installation in harsh coastal environments, the new Fremantle aluminium public restroom series from Landmark Products is the definitive choice for councils, developers and landscape architects.
Developed by the expert design team at Landmark Products in response to councils in coastal areas searching for attractive restroom facilities that can handle the environment, the Freemantle series meets the demand of coastal climates with stalwart ease.
With over 25 years’ experience in open space structures, Landmark understands that councils are increasingly prioritising lifecycle costings in their planning and responded accordingly with the Freemantle series.
Every material, component and finish in the Fremantle range is chosen for its hard-wearing qualities, making it ideal to battle salt and corrosive environments while retaining structural and aesthetic integrity for much longer than any other restroom structure on the market.
Features of the Fremantle Series include:
- Aluminium wall frames, roof frame, posts and ventilation screens
- Ultraclad Weatherboard aluminium external wall cladding
- Aluminium-composite panel internal wall cladding
- Pre-cut Colorbond custom orb roof sheeting (ultra grade)
- Powdercoating standard on roof frames, posts and ventilation screens
- All fixings are stainless steel (including Landmark’s anti-vandal fastening system)
- Automatic door option
Floorplans come in one, two and three cubicle configurations and all include service ducts to ensure protection for toilet cisterns, as well as easy access and maintenance. Landmark’s proprietary anti-vandal stainless steel fixings are included.
Colour choices for components are virtually limitless, with modified or custom solutions readily available to meet project requirements.
Landmark offers a 20-year structural warranty on all their products, if the structure is installed by Landmark Installations (10 year warranty for supply only).
As with all Landmark’s products, the Fremantle series is delivered in kit-form, ready to be assembled onsite with minimum site disruption, less noise and quicker completion. Landmark also offers a building permit/approval service.
