Renowned for its superior German engineering and stylish Danish designs, the Norwell range has been developed in collaboration with fitness and physiology experts and specialists. Carefully designed to allow users to utilise their own body weight as resistance, each unit is carefully crafted to avoid over exertion injuries. Made from glass-blasted stainless steel to make them durable and vandal resistant, the Norwell range is a crowd favourite.
To satisfy market demand, the new Norwell Version 2.0 range will include a few design improvements to further the quality and reliability of these already superior products. The new equipment will now include a surface treatment consisting of hot-dip galvanizing, a primer, and a two-component polyurethane coating to produce a stronger and more resistant surface, and a few design changes to improve performance.
CHEST AND BACK
The ball bearings of the Chest and Back machine will replaced with nylon friction bearings, providing increased longevity and greater resistance when working out.
SPRINGER
The current mechanism for the platforms on the Springer will be replaced by rosta bearings to better imitate the movements of a tilt board and improve performance.
CROSS
The current handle bearings on the Cross will also be replaced with rosta bearings, giving this station the much sought after stronger resistance desired in this equipment.
AIR WALKER AND HIP
The bushing of the pedals on the Air Walker and Hip will also be improved with the use of rosta bearings. Apart from increasing the longevity of the equipment, the new bearings will also make it more resistant to vandalism. The new bearings will offer a shorter movement with a stronger resistance.
STEPPER
The lower curve of the stepped will now be produced with a pour-on slip resistant surface, replacing the current rubber protection, to provide a more stable surface when in use.
LEG
The popular NW106 Leg has undergone a new and improved design. To make access easier, the seat pole has been moved to the back of the seat, while the seat itself has improved hand grips for better support.
The Norwell Version 2.0 equipment range is generally available within a 12 week production timeline.
