APEX PARK: HELPING PEOPLE COME TOGETHER

This project by Liverpool City Council hosts 12 GX Outdoors Citistyle Park Seats, eight Citistyle Table Settings and one Reviva Refill Station. To create a high-end timber look without the maintenance the park infrastructure was finished off with western red cedar Timberimage, and black powdercoated frames to compliment the sleek, natural surroundings of the park.

Families were provided with comfortable and safe spots to watch their children learn and thrive in the outdoors with park seats spread out around Apex Park. To ensure sun safety table settings were placed underneath shelters so the community could enjoy the outdoors for longer periods of time.

The GX Outdoors Reviva Refill Station sits on the outskirts of the park to provide a clean and hygienic water source for park users or passerbys to keep themselves hydrated all day long as they enjoy the great outdoors.

With the vision to create a greener and more active community the redeveloped park landscaping included new trees and turf while more accessible pathways were added to keep people better connected. The park space now has more functionality and is better equipped to handle future urban growth.
