AUSTEK PLAY BRINGS THE FUN WITH NEW UNSTRUCTURED PLAY
12 Nov 2020
Uniquely designed by Cemer, the Tetrawood climber gives people of all ages the freedom to explore with no set rules.
Distributed by Austek Play, Tetrawood aims to thrill people of every age with it’s never seen before structure and unique design. With multiple access points, users can choose to conquer the Tetrawood and climb to the very top or relax with their friends on the pod below. Best described as unstructured play, the Tetrawood is an exciting new piece of equipment that has no defined entry and exit points or pre-defined ways in which the equipment should be used.
Unstructured play allows children the freedom to explore, create and discover without predetermined rules or guidelines. It’s been shown to foster cognitive development, while also boosting physical, social and emotional growth. It specifically helps creativity and imagination, problem-solving abilities and social skills.
As each individual user develops both physically and emotionally throughout their childhood, the way in which the equipment is used also develops and changes. Children will have fond memories of reaching the top for the first time after gaining that confidence to climb, along with all the friend's they've made along the way.
