CONCRETE FURNITURE GRACES NOBLE PARK
14 Nov 2019
Contributing to one of Australia’s largest infrastructure schemes, Benzini’s precast concrete urban furniture has been utilised on the public space upgrade at Noble Park in Victoria.
Specialists in precast concrete seating for over 10 years, Benzini Australia is pleased to be contributing to the Victorian Level Crossing Removal Project, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, for a third time.
A major program of works tasked with removing level crossings, building new transport hubs, constructing an elevated rail line, and opening up 22.5 hectares of open space parkland for the community, the Victorian Level Crossing Removal Project is a landmark undertaking.
Doing their part of the project, Benzini took part in the rehabilitation work at Noble Park train station, providing a series of concrete urban furniture. The timber and concrete creations blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment and offer a durable seating solution for the area that will stand up against the elements for many years to come.
Delivering more than 150 seats to be used in the public space surrounding the transport hub, Benzini Australia has cemented its capacity to operation nationally, and once again proven it has the skills and experience to produce precast seating in just about any form.
