Take the labour out of mowing with a robotic lawn mower.

In 2022, Dave Franklin, of Franklin Landscape & Design, and his team started preliminary work on a two-acre residential property in Brighton, Victoria. With the owner wanting a key focus on beautiful lawns, the decision was made early in the project to utilise multiple Husqvarna Automower® robotic lawn mowers to get the best results for long-term maintenance.

As a professional landscaper with decades of experience, Dave considered the Husqvarna Automower® to be a great fit for this specific project and designed the installation of the infrastructure into his landscape, along with the smart technology required. This foresight allowed the turf maintenance team to manage the lawn maintenance from the day it was installed.

Another advantage of the Automower® is the ability to control them from anywhere in the world, so the maintenance team was able to work them remotely if needed. ”

For Dave and his team, presenting a maintenance solution for the lawns during the early stages of the project provided the homeowner with a credible solution to a job that would need doing week on week. “It was a pleasure working on this design,” claims Dave. “We took a simple, classy approach in order to meet the owner’s brief.”
