KOMPAN’s new outdoor strength equipment is a total game-changer for outdoor fitness and offers the same biomechanics and resistance mechanisms as indoor selectorised strength machines.

This new range has been a been important innovation project for KOMPAN and adds an exciting new element to their award-winning fitness equipment portfolio.

On offer is five strength machines and two benches, which have been researched, designed, engineered and user-tested by the KOMPAN Fitness Institute.
Upper body muscles can be trained by using the Chest Press, the Shoulder Press, the Horizontal Row, and the Pull Down.
Users can complete an effective workout on the Leg Press to target lower body muscle groups, such as quads, glutes, hamstrings, hips and claves.
In addition, the Sit Up Bench and the Lower Back Bench have been designed to work core muscles.
