FIREPIT SEATING

KLS Sandstone supplied Australian sandstone for a firepit circle, and the results are stunning.
KLS Sandstone cut the stone for this firepit seating from Australian sandstone to templates provided by CLS group. 
Mixed colour, medium banded stone was chosen as it is the most versatile and blends with most styles. 
Each solid block is cut with a slight curve and a rock face faced finish to create the completed circular seating. 
The blocks were placed on a concrete footing, with sawn seat pieces with rockfaced edges placed on top, and the backing blocks on top of that, with a matching curved capping to finish. 
The rockfaced edges on the sawn seating pieces creates a feature to the rear of the seating as well as the front. 
This project is a timeless piece which takes pride of place in the garden.
