Standing at 67 metres tall and equipped with atria and floating gardens alike, the plans for this elegantly designed tower could see it become instantly recognisable worldwide.

Set to be built in Frankfurt Airport’s Gateway Gardens development area, upon completion the building, as well as its many floating gardens, will be visible from anywhere within Frankfurt’s airport district, one of Europe’s busiest.
With sustainability in mind, the polygonal tower will be purposefully orientated to maximise on natural light and climate efficiency.
With the eastern and western facades seeing the most amount of sunlight, they will each bear an atrium spanning the entire height of the building, with the aforementioned floating gardens trickling down. The atria effectively brings an outdoor atmosphere to the business environment of the offices and conference rooms.
Likewise, fundamental to the designs is the notion of energy efficiency. The northern and southern facades, being the shadiest of the four, are to feature open plan offices in addition to the necessary cubicles, conference and private office rooms.
Not only visually remarkable for its elegance and prestige, the tower is hoped to be viewed as an ideal opportunity and the ideal location for businesses seeking a European presence.
