HAYFIELD COMMUNITY: NOTHING TO SNEEZE AT
03 May 2018
Ipswich’s newest residential community, Hayfield, will present a new all-inclusive landscape model that will introduce of a new era of urban landscaping, thanks to Fleming’s Landscapes.
Victorian developer, Goldfields Group, have made their exciting debut into the Queensland market with their preferred landscape team at their side to ensure that residents will enjoy the absolute cream of the crop of landscaped communities.
Buyers at Hayfield will be purchasing a front yard landscape that aims to bring a sense of completion and a higher level of prestige to the streetscape far sooner than in other new communities. Upon purchasing their allotment at Hayfield, buyers will select a package from a range of garden concepts to be constructed by Fleming’s Nursery once their new home receives its occupancy permit.
The model, which has proven highly successful for Fleming’s across Victoria, means owners no longer have the stress and expense of creating their own garden upon the completion of house construction.
Fleming’s director, Wes Fleming, said the model helps raise the level of completion and enhances the entire streetscape much sooner than in other traditional estates.
“We have seen the model being highly successful as it drives a higher level of presentation across the estate and provides home owners with a stress-free way of completing their new home,” he explained. “Creating masterplans for landscapes that brings a vision from the urban overview to the detail of a front garden is our point of difference and a model that allows developments to set the tone from the entrance to the front door.
“Many owners like to see it as a great starting point for their garden, which they can add to and enhance afterwards, while others that are not so garden-orientated have a great landscape space that will allow them to get on with the business of living.”
Along with the front yard landscape vision, Fleming’s will be executing a masterpiece parkland with a unique multi-purpose exercise/nature track that is set to put Hayfield on the map as a key destination.
While still in the planning phase, Fleming’s is excited by the concept of Hayfields open spaces, which will draw people from far and wide. Early plans have established a verdant connection between the forest, open activity zones and smaller interconnecting passive recreation spaces.
Fleming’s Landscapes is a business that lives in the great outdoors and prides its foundations on the extensive horticulture heritage that allows the business to design, architect, construct and plant amazing landscapes that are completely unique from their counterparts.
