Scientific Waterproofing Products has had a hand in preparing a Sydney warehouse for refurbishment with the supply of a range of Drizoro sealant products ideal for repairing and sealing. Want to know more?
Scientific Waterproofing Products (SWP) was recently on hand to supply a range of products for a warehouse rejuvenation project in Sydney. A mixture of Drizoro products and Sealtight were used to completely seal the structure and the project was deemed a success by all involved.
SWP are recognised in the industry for their ability to supply a wide range of products that are ideal for repairing and sealing cementitous surfaces against water penetration and are ideal to be used as a protective coating for all concrete construction surfaces.
In this particular project, SWP were also able to supply product to help not only with the cement surfaces of the warehouse, but also the wall sealing and construction as well. The walls of the warehouse were constructed from Hebel panels which were ideal for this situation as they are lightweight and easy to use.
On the inside surface of these walls, the project required a clear product to seal the surface without altering the appearance of the panels. Sealtight was chosen as it is a clear saturant that is completely absorbed and hardens the surface, making the surface waterproof against external rainwater and atmospheric moisture. Sealtight is applied by low-pressure spray to guarantee uniform application.
For the outside surfaces, a waterproof coating was required to provide a decorative finish. Maxquick Roll is perfect this type of application as it is a cement based waterproof coating which provides a decorative and protective coating to all masonry surfaces including brick, block, render and Hebel.
Maxquick Roll is applied in a single application by either brush or roller and it is supplied as a cement powder and is prepared by simply mixing with water.
The combined use of the Sealtight and Maxquick Roll products have rejuvenated the Hebel external surface and provided a decorative finish that will also protect the wall from moisture.
