Leadsun’s range of ‘All-In-One’ solar lighting systems are not just innovative and practical for existing and new exterior lighting applications, but they are also very easy and fast to install.
Leadsun offers a ‘Total Solution’ approach for electrical contractors that is tried, tested and exceeds their needs. Together with Leadsun’s partner company EZYpole, the entire range of products add greater value and flexibility to an electrical contractors business without the typical hard and dirty work required in running underground cabling for external lighting systems.
An entire Leadsun ‘All In One’ solar lighting system can be easily fully completed in under 60 minutes with two men, providing lighting that is every bit as good and reliable as mains powered. This includes the installation of a ‘concrete-less’ footing system called EZYfoot that doesn’t require any excavation of dirt or installation of concrete. In fact, the Ezyfoot system allows the contractor to mechanically drive up to six galvanised tubes deep into the ground with a jack hammer that anchors a sturdy steel plate just below ground level. Once installed, the bolts and nuts are already attached to the EZYfoot plate and are immediately ready for a pole to be installed upon.
The best thing about the installation method is that all work is safely carried out at ground level and can be undertaken without a return visit waiting for concrete to cure, this in itself will save your customer down-time and increase a contractors profit-margin on the job.
The EZYpole range of lowerable poles accommodates all sizes of Leadsun’s range of solar lighting products and doesn’t require any hoisting equipment or elevating work platforms to set the poles up. The poles can be lifted and set up comfortably with two men and be carried in sections of a typical work vehicles roof rack, Leadsun’s smaller ‘All In One’ solar lighting systems only require a ‘push up’ style hinged base plate design pole that requires no other equipment to lift the pole up vertically.
The larger range of Leadsun's solar lighting equipment utilises EZYpole’s winch assist poles for either a medium or large sized system; these cleverly designed lowerable poles with the addition of a Portable Winch Attachment that does all the heavy lifting. Lowering and raising of the EZYwinch lowerable poles can be done in only a few minutes without using any heavy lifting equipment.
