Recently installed as part of the Mornington Centre expansion, the OmniGrip Deco surface provides a designer finish to the entrance of the building combining safety, aesthetics and durability.

The OmniGrip Deco bonded stone surfacing system encompasses the use of both natural Black Granite aggregate and Synthite silver coloured aggregate.
In utilising the OmniGrip Deco with the unique Synthite aggregate designers are able to ensure that the surfacing component is comprised of 75% recycled materials. In addition with a VOC content less than 5% the OmniGrip Deco surfacing is compliant with the Green Building council of Australia’s specification for:
- Green Star office design V2 & V3 (IEQ-13)
- Green Star office Interiors V1.1 (IEQ-11)
As well as providing an environmentally friendlier finish the OmniGrip Deco is also:
- 100% Australian made
- Trafficable in 4 hours
- Highly durable
- Suitable to overlay concrete and asphalt
- Low maintenance
- Skid resistant
The OmniGrip Deco has been installed and is suitable for application to:
