TIMBER ALTERNATIVE
06 Aug 2014
A sustainable future doesn’t just grow on trees, as this modular fencing product proves.
Easy on maintenance and easy on the environment - that’s the winning combination that is making Futurewood such a popular alternative to traditional timber.
Futurewood’s EnviroFence, pictured here, has been designed to fill the gap in the fencing market for an attractive, easy-to-install, cost-effective, low-maintenance boundary fence.
EnviroFence is a tongue-and-groove fencing plank combining the strength and simplicity of a Satin Black powder coated finish, specially designed aluminium framing system and great-looking, easy-care wood composite.
With EnviroFence you have a full-privacy modular panel fence with all of the features required in a modern, high-quality fence. To begin with, this is the ultimate “Good Neighbour” fencing because there are no ugly beams on either side of the fence. The lack of beams also makes this fencing solution “pool safe” as there are no beams for children to climb on. It is also strong, low maintenance, easy to install, long-lasting and great value.
Available in a standard 1.8m height (other heights available subject to minimum order quantity), EnviroFence comes in a range of designer colours and will never need repainting (unlike traditional timber).
Futurewood also produces CleverDeck, which is a solid composite-wood product that can be matched with EnviroFence for a coordinated look. CleverDeck is available in two widths. Most popular is the 138mm-wide CleverDeck, which comes in chocolate, mahogany, slate grey, saltbush and walnut. The 86mm CleverDeck board comes in a plain, rough-sanded finish in mahogany only. Both are supplied in 5400mm lengths. DIY 300mm square deck tiles are another CleverDeck option.
