CLEANING & GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Unsealed sandstone is prone to picking up dirt, dust, oils and greases due to its porosity. Contaminants will be absorbed, not only causing staining but promoting the growth of algae. Sandstone is generally best cleaned of dirt build-up using warm water and a mild detergent with a soft brush.

The following products assist in the cleaning of sandstone:

MAESTRO | A premium disinfecting agent and may be used to treat most stains caused by moss, moulds, tannins and leaf stains.

ANTI-EFF | An acid based product for the removal of efflorescence prior to sealing. 

REFRESH | A routine cleaner for all sealed surfaces.
