The South Australian Museum, located at North Terrace, Adelaide, SA, has recently enhanced its outdoor areas with the installation of the innovative Shaderunner® Trax 'Pergo' self-standing and motorised retractable shade structure.

The stainless steel ball-bearing runner wheels ensure smooth operation, while the retracting and extending system provides effortless shading at the touch of a button.

The Shaderunner® Trax 'Pergo' is constructed using only the most robust components, including custom-designed aluminium tracks and framework, stainless steel roller-bearing wheels and marine-grade fittings. This ensures years of trouble-free shading with minimal maintenance. The structure is manufactured from a range of rigorously tested fabrics, from 95 percent polyester mesh to waterproof PVC. Each fabric is mould resistant and offers protection from glare and the sun's harmful rays, with a wide range of colours available. The Shaderunner® Trax 'Pergo' comes with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty on fabric under tension and UV degradation, a 10-year structural warranty, and a 5-year warranty on workmanship and fittings.
