COMPANY PROFILE

Sk8scapes designs, supplies, services and upgrades public skateparks. Created in 2009, Sk8scapes ethos is that of renewal and refurbishment rather than removal and re-creation, with a focus on the renovation of old steelskateramps with newer, safer designs.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Many skateparks in Australia are made from steel, often at least 10 years old and in need of replacing. Sk8scapes redesigns skateparks with upgraded layouts and subcontracts steel fabrication factories to build the redesigned skateramps. Sk8scapes' skatepark services include:

• adding concrete sealant to current concrete skateparks, extending the life and safety of the park
• supplying steel pumptracks
• replacing council skateparks with new steel ramps
• painting existing skateramps
• consulting on the upgrade or repair of existing council skateparks

COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURE

While most skateparks created in the last 10 years are made entirely from concrete, Sk8scapes focuses on the older, steelfabricated skateramps, offering a renewal service that keeps to the traditional steel materials.
