What Is Threshold Drainage

A threshold drain is a linear drain that prevents against a build-up of water in door tracks or under door sills. This drain is considered ‘flush’ when it allows for indoor and outdoor surfaces at the same level.

The R-47 Explained

Aquabocci’s R-47 Threshold Drain is an off-the-shelf channel drainage system of lineal design, made up of straight sections, corner sections and fitting components to provide a sleek solution to water build-up in a way that is as minimal as possible. It is a fully integrable product that features an adjustable EPDM membrane situated below the door track. This provides complete drainage in a minimalistic way avoiding having to compromise the aesthetics or design of the property. The R-47 Threshold Drain has a double-entry drainage point so that water is not only drained from the tiled surface but also from the holes in the base of the door track.
