Durham provides products and services for stormwater, sewer, electrical, communication, roads and highway, rail, ports, airports, as well as gas and oil projects. Specialising in the production of cast iron, ductile iron, galvanised mild steel, stainless steel and reinforced pre-cast concrete drainage and sewer products, their product range extends from Pedestrian Traffic (Class A), Main Roads (Class D) and Airports to Taxiway requirements (Class G).

Durham manufactures products locally as well as in association with an overseas supplier. They are product certified, as joint license holders for the manufacture and supply of products – in compliance with:
- AS 3996:2006 - access covers and grating
- AS3600:2009 - concrete structures
- AS3725:2001 - concrete structures for retaining liquids
- AS4198:1994 - precast concrete access chambers for sewerage applications
- BS EN: 124 -1994 - gully tops and manhole tops for vehicular and pedestrian areas
- BS 750:1984 - underground fire hydrant and surface box frames and covers
Durham deliver Australia-wide, utilising their own dedicated fleet of trucks and utilities, all with cranes that will unload onsite. A network of additional third-party transport carriers are also utilised when required.
International export orders are delivered via a network of freight forwarders to any port in the world.
