Urban+ are excited by a new partnership with Woodlands that will aid in the distribution of Urban’s leading range of outdoor drinking fountains and showers in Western Australia.
In 2015, Urban+ was approached by Andrew Wynne from Woodlands about a possible distributorship arrangement between the two companies. Andrew recognised that as the leading outdoor drinking fountain supplier in Australia, Urban+ would be an ideal company to partner with in order to be able to provide a superior range of drinking fountains and showers to clients in WA.
At the time, selling via a distributor was not something that Urban+ had given any serious consideration too. They were concerned that it may not be received well by their customers and might result in a reduction in customer service. After doing a little background research on Woodlands and their company profile, it was become clear that Woodlands was a company very similar in philosophy to Urban+.
Like Urban+, Woodlands, a supplier and installer of street furniture, is a small family owned business that maintains the highest standard of customer care and professionalism. This was quickly reinforced after meeting Andrew in person and realising that he is passionate and dedicated to providing the best available products for his clients. Urban+ soon realised that this would be a very beneficial alliance. Andrew has a great association with and standing within WA’s Local Councils. His reputation is combined with extensive regional knowledge.
Since the start of Urban+’s alliance with Woodlands last year, they have seen an increase in sales from WA and have nothing but positive feedback from their customers on the service they have received through Woodlands.
