In a villa designed by architect Carlos Morales on the island of Lanzarote in Spain, Esthec^® Terrace was chosen as the finish material for the terrace. This luxury system is known for its style and durability, which also makes it suitable for use in residential projects. Esthec^® Terrace was therefore highly suited to this home on the Canary Islands where it was successfully integrated into the overall design. The freedom of colour choice was also crucial. Incorporating Esthec^® Terrace in the Essence colour, has contributed to the overall stylish concept of the villa.
