From the design and supply of moulded and pultruded fibreglass gratings and structural shapes to complete structural design and fabrication, Grating FRP Australia has the capability to work with clients from design to installation while offering indepth technical advice and quality service.

With one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios of any material, FRP fiberglass grating is strong and durable, ensuring years of dependable use. Highly corrosion resistant, Grating FRP Australia products are manufactured with a variety of premium resin systems and will not rot, rust or corrode, making them suitable for a wide variety of harsh environments.

Coated with a silica grit top or all-resin meniscus top, FRP grating offers sure footing in unsafe work areas. Water, oils, detergents and food by-products no longer present a safety hazard in industrial work environments.

THE BENEFITS OF FRP

FRP products benefit a work force that may suffer from on-the-job fatigue. Fibreglass grating is naturally flexible, providing a comfortable non-skid surface that can help to reduce fatigue and injury.

In addition to improving productivity and creating a better work environment, FRP is lightweight. With an average weight of 15 to 20 kilos per square metre, FRP moulded grating can be comfortably managed between two staff members, making it easy to carry and install or remove for maintenance access and cleaning.
