Since establishing in 1982, Tech-Dry Building Protection Systems has been a leader in the research and development of innovative building protection products in Australia. In 1996, utilising nanotechnology, our research scientists developed a silicone-based admixture for the use in the manufacture of concrete masonry.

Since 2001, most block manufacturers within Australia have successfully implemented the use of this admixture in the production of concrete blocks, bricks, pavers and tiles. We manufacture an extensive range of innovative building protection products in addition to Block Emulsion water repellent admixture which include damp proofing, stain resistant sealers, other water repellent admixtures, anti-graffiti products and special protective coatings.
