Waterfront City in the Docklands precinct, Melbourne, is a world class residential and trade district punctuated by the commercial retailers, Harbourtown; some other well-known businesses, and a marina. The area is also speckled with residential apartments, and a  diverse array of restaurants.

Drawing electrical power into the precinct required designers to specify  numerous large electrical enclosures to house high voltage cables beneath the trafficable areas.

In consultation with CitiPower, ACO configured Rhinocast multipart covers to ensure the ductile iron systems met the load classes and that individual units complied with WHS lifting requirements for CitiPower maintenance groups.
