In a project designed to improve public safety at one of it’s jetties, Bega Valley Shire Council this year installed solar lighting  at nearby Tathra. As a result, Orion Solar has supplied our IPL self-contained solar powered LED lights at Tathra Wharf on the NSW South Coast. With no hard wired power supply at the wharf, solar power was the lowest cost solution and the only one immune to power outages.

The IPL is offered as a pathway light for architectural applications and it is available in a choice of lighting distributions. It is part of the Orion range of outdoor solar lighting which includes lighting for applications from pathways to highways.
