William Loud is a civil construction and sports surfacing company operating predominately within Victoria but also Australia-wide for specific projects.
The company was established by its founder in 1874 and worked on many significant projects in Melbourne’s early history.
In 2013 Wm Loud (Aust) Pty Ltd was engaged to transform unusable land into a state-of-the-art sporting complex at Kolbe College, Greenvale Lakes.
Our role in the project was to provide a design and construction for a synthetic grass football oval and car park. These works included significant earthworks, drainage, and crushed rock pavements to high tolerances on which a synthetic grass surface was laid.
Works were completed on time and on budget. The end result produced a quality sports field on which the students are enjoying many hours of use.
