Its plastics team uses injection moulding and rotomoulding to create components with complex geometries and tight tolerances. CNC operators handle the precision fabrication of steel and aluminium, while the fabrication team provides laser cutting and metal forming in house. The powder coating team delivers a consistent, durable finish suited to Australian conditions, and the timber workshop crafts natural components from sustainably sourced hardwoods, built to withstand the Australian climate.

Where possible, PlayCo sources materials from local suppliers and subcontractors, with partners across steel, timber and coatings. Local contractors are also engaged for installation and site services, so the investment in each project stays local from manufacturing through to completion.
