The Architect and owner wanted to bring light into the narrow house, creating a void on the northern boundary adjacent to the open plan living area. The space allowed for a small garden and after looking at all the options, they selected Mascot’s GRC Planters due to their strength and ease of installation. The Planters were carried through the house and passed through a bi-fold window into place – drainage holes were installed (simply using a hammer), and they were finished to match the surrounding brickwork.
