Macarthur Loam is produced by blending natural alluvial topsoil with a very fine recycled soil to create a sustainable and environmentally friendly soil blend that not only looks great but costs less.

The physical and chemical properties of the natural and recycled soil components complement each other, making Macarthur Loam a horticulturally sound, commercially attractive option for our Sydney landscape and turf markets.

Improvements in dispersiveness and soil structure, increased product availability and reduction in price, are some of the benefits, not to mention the fact that we are slowing down the depletion of our Natural Sand/Soil reserves by blending.

Macarthur Loam is produced at our Menangle Quarry Site, and has been well accepted as a general turf underlay for both commercial and residential sites.

Alongside Macloam we have also developed a sustainable washed topdressing material, called Benedict Turfloam.
