It’s taken less than five months for Josh’s House to reach lock up stage. Attention has now shifted to the internal fit out and landscaping.

It’s taken less than five months for Josh’s House to reach lock up stage and with the exterior construction works all but complete, attention has now shifted to the internal fit out and landscaping.




Episode 5 of the Josh’s House on-line video series looks at the importance of glazing on energy efficiency and how the location, size and type of glass plays a critical role in building performance. Josh has opted for Low-E glass, which looks and feels like normal glazing but slows down the transfer of heat into and out of the home.
