New public art project under wraps

Think Madmax meets Dr Seuss meets Steampunk and you’ll have some idea of what Christopher Trotter does. His work is highly sought-after and can be seen in prominent public places throughout Queensland and beyond.

The Scenic Rim Regional Council has commissioned Christopher for a new town clock but they are keeping the design under wraps so we can only show you images of some previous pieces Christopher has created.

The Blumbergville Clock project has been made possible through funding provided under the Community Development and Recovery Package, which is a joint initiative of the Australian and Queensland Governments under the Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements.

However, all will be revealed in the upcoming months when the work is installed in Boonah's town centre.
