2017 Queensland Commercial Landscape Construction of the Year | Eureka Landscapes: Gainsborough Greens Precinct 5.1 Park, Pimpama
At a Gala Dinner held at the Brisbane Hilton, Landscape Queensland hosted the 2017 Construction Excellence Awards. The event was attended by the Minister for Housing & Public Works and Minister for Sport, the Honourable Mick de Brenni, and some 450 guests from across the landscape design and construction industry.
From a field of competitive finalists, the final award winners were granted honours for both residential and commercial segments of the industry.
The evening was hosted by Terry Hansen from Brisbane radio station 97.7FM and featured comedy ventriloquist Darren Carr.
Landscape Queensland CEO, Mark Sorby, said this year’s awards again showcased the high skill levels and professionalism of the landscape industry. Mark noted he was pleased to see entries submitted from throughout the State, confirming the overall health of the industry in Queensland.
