The Shaderunner® Trax ‘Pergo’ model features an array of bolt together aluminium joiner connectors to choose the best frame configuration for site conditions. This modular framed structure is perfectly suited to a range of applications around the home, from outdoor entertaining spaces and patios to swimming pools and courtyards. With a wide range of fabrics and colour options available, the Shaderunner® Trax ‘Pergo’ complements all architectural styles, from contemporary suburban homes to traditional country residences.

The lightweight but robust aluminium posts, beams and running tracks, allows easy bolt together installation. The aluminium components can be powder coated to a multitude of colours to fit the surrounding decor. Side blinds can also be added if required. Subtle and neutral powdercoat colours are available including the Colorbond® steel colour range.

Perfect for shading swimming pools, the Shaderunner® Retractable Sail System can be extended as and when required to provide swimmers and pool users with UV protection and welcome shade. In the cooler months, the Shaderunner® can be retracted, enabling thermal heating of the pool from the winter sun.

The modular framed structure was designed to be integrated into the swimming pool surrounds, with the self-standing aluminium posts being fixed down to the existing concrete slab are. Between the posts at each end is aluminium joiner connectors and beams and running tracks with the operation cord connecting to Somfy motor drive mechanism. The Shaderunner® TRAX ‘Pergo’ is constructed using only the most robust components including custom designed aluminium tracks and framework, ss roller bearing wheels and marine grade fittings, ensuring years of trouble-free shading with minimal maintenance. It is manufactured from a range of rigorously tested fabrics, from 95 percent polyester mesh to waterproof PVC. Each fabric is mould resistant and offers protection from glare and the sun’s harmful rays, with a wide range of colours available.
