The Baringa Town Square combines a large community space with quality finishes and key design principles that make the large community space functional while still catering for a range of users. Consisting of restaurants and cafés, the centre will be opposite the first local school and sports fields in the development. The town square features an urban youth skate plaza, large community feasting table with BBQ facilities, custom seating pods with acoustic speaker boxes and charging stations, a climbable Baringa sign sculpture, ceremony lawn, large custom structures, raised planters, seating nodes and an open ceremony lawn.

The team at Eureka Landscapes was awarded the Baringa Town Square project by Stockland Developments. Here it was the team’s responsibility to coordinate and manage all subcontractors and complete the outlined landscaping works.

Eureka Landscapes was contracted by Stockland Developments to complete the following construction elements; earthworks and drainage, instalment of various pavements (concrete, pavers, timber), stairs, structures and features, water and electric services and walls. The Eureka Landscapes team also installed all of the soft-landscaping works.
