Working in a highly constrained inner-city site, ACE successfully navigated limited access, restricted storage, and a tight program of works. Deliveries were meticulously planned and sequenced to avoid delays and cost impacts, while maintaining close coordination with multiple trades throughout the construction.
The project featured the installation of more than 3,000 plants and large trees, some exceeding three metres in height. With no crane access available during key stages, Ace developed innovative methodologies to transport and position mature trees across tight accessways without disrupting ongoing hardscape works.
Landscaping works extended beyond the ground plane to Levels 1, 10, 13 and 14, requiring careful logistical planning. Over 20m3 of ballast was installed across roof areas, with materials pre-delivered in Bulka bags ahead of tower crane demobilisation ensuring continuity of works and program efficiency.
Through proactive planning, adaptive problem-solving and strong project coordination, Ace delivered a high-quality outcome aligned with the project’s vision of luxury living integrated with calm natural beauty.
ACE’s Scope of Works included:
- Construction of various retaining wall systems, including rendered blockwork, in-situ concrete with travertine cladding, and powder-coated steel
- Installation of premium pavements including travertine, cobblestone, porcelain and feature timber decking on structural/podium slabs
- Soft landscaping installation, including boulders, pebble finishes, and over 3,000 plants and advanced trees
- Feature planting, trellises, and custom planter installations
- Installation of 160m of perimeter fencing
- Supply and installation of site furniture, including custom seating and bicycle racks
- Installation of stone ballast on roofs of upper levels
- Project signage and finishing elements
