Available accessories include hinged cookplate covers, which provide added protection when the BBQ is not in use and can be supplied with a controlled soft-close operation. Lift-off stainless steel lids are also available as a simple and durable option for protecting the cooking surface from debris and weather exposure.
Above-bench switch housings provide a practical alternative where controls cannot be installed into the surrounding benchtop or cabinet face. Retrofit access doors can also be supplied for selected installations, improving access to internal components during servicing and maintenance.
Integrated stainless steel sinks can be incorporated into compatible cabinet configurations to provide additional food preparation and cleaning facilities. Greenplate can also provide additional stainless steel bench space and custom cabinet layouts where required for larger cooking areas, camp kitchens and shared community facilities.
Fat bin sliders are available to make routine servicing and cleaning easier by allowing the fat collection container to be accessed and removed more efficiently. Greenplate also offers a baffle fat bin designed to separate water runoff from collected cooking fats, helping retain the fat within the container while allowing water to drain away. These options can support cleaner, safer and more manageable ongoing maintenance.
A broad range of powder-coated colour options is available across compatible BBQ cabinets and selected accessories, allowing the system to complement the surrounding landscape, architecture or project colour scheme.
For stainless steel cabinet ranges, Greenplate can offer custom Art Wrap designs and clear protective wraps. Art Wrap allows councils and project teams to introduce artwork, local stories, branding or community imagery, while clear protective wraps help preserve the original cabinet finish. Wrap options are subject to cabinet material, surface finish and project suitability.
Coin-operated activation systems are available for locations that require controlled or paid access to the BBQ. These systems are commonly used in holiday parks, campgrounds and managed recreation facilities.
Greenplate’s Solar Standalone systems can also support additional low-voltage accessories and services, including shelter lighting, wireless phone charging and USB charging, subject to the available solar and battery capacity.
