Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct

At the Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct, the existing artificial turf was very old, damaged and failing. There had been a significant disruption to surrounding areas from wash-off of damaged fibers, rubber infill and plastic, with the existing timber retaining wall having failed. Ecovia Turf were engaged to transform the beloved community hub into a precinct that would last for years to come.

Scope of Work

Remove and dispose of approximately 1,500 square meters of old artificial turf
Remove and dispose of failed timber retaining wall
Supply and install 100 linear meters of concrete retaining wall with steel posts
Complete new base preparation
Install 1,500 square meters of new artificial turf
