COMPANY PROFILE
Svalson Australia started supplying sliding windows to Australia and New Zealand in 2016. Manufactured by award-winning company Svalson AB in Sweden for over 30 years, these height-adjustable glass windows block the wind but not the view.
Svalson windows and balustrades are ideal for cafes, restaurants, resorts and residences where wind protection or a sound barrier is needed. Get rid of inconvenient plastic PVC blinds and improve the design and comfort of indoor/outdoor spaces.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Svalson Australia measure, manufacture and install to client specifications. Svalson’s Café and Citi au Lä® can be installed as balustrading or windows and are lockable to keep premises secure.
A convenient mobile version, integrated into a planter box or bench seating on caster wheels, makes these units ideal where pavement fixings are prohibited. The ease of movement also allows for repositioning as required. Laminated glazing can be branded, offering clients stylish commercial signage options.
COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURE
Maximum width of 2200mm per section. Frames are manufactured from elegant anodised aluminium extrusions, with the option to powdercoat in any standard RAL colour.
The fixed panel is 6mm laminated glass, while the moveable section is 5mm laminated glass. A discreet counter-balance allows for finger-touch raising and lowering.
