Shortlisted for Success

CCEP take great pleasure in congratulating a number their clients on making the shortlist for Australia's Best Playground Awards recently released by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects.

Shortlisted for Success

Having been involved with six of the fifteen nominated projects for this year’s Australia’s Best Playground Award shortlist, CCEP would like to extend their congratulations to the finalists and to everyone they have worked alongside during the creation of these inspired play spaces.

Facilitated by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA), Australia’s Best Playground competition recognises and celebrates well-designed public playspaces and the landscape architects who are committed to designing and creating a better Australia.

Winners are selected by People’s Choice and an expert jury. Prestige for this competition is high, and shortlisted entrants are an excellent representation of the high standards in Australia.

As the premier independent playground equipment certification experts in Australia and New Zealand, CCEP are proud to have collaborated with a number of shortlisted entrants, including: Lizard Log Playground (NSW), Wulaba Park (NSW), Yokine Regional Inclusive Play Space (WA), Frew Park (QLD), Riverside Green Playground (QLD) and Wilderness Playground (QLD).

Each project has maintained excellence in design and creativity, ranging from all-inclusive play to nature play, and CCEP is thrilled to have worked with each and every talented individual involved in bringing these projects to fruition. The passion for play and child development demonstrated through these projects is a constant inspiration within the industry.

The importance of safety in design is paramount in the creation of playspaces. Striking a balance between creating stimulating activities that challenge, educate, and inspire children and simultaneously meeting the requirements of the Australian Playground Standard is the core imperative. Therefore, the chief objective for CCEP is to assist in creating safe playspaces that maintain the integrity of the original design while providing an exciting and inspiring space for kids to enjoy.
