Having recently delivered a presentation on Sports Ground Design and Reconstruction: Best Practice Supervision at the recent Victoria PLA State Conference, Endeavour Turf Professionals (ETP) has been invited to participate in the PLA National Conference being held on the Gold Coast in October. Together with their Best Practice presentation, ETP will be delivering a second presentation entitled Performance Monitoring and Auditing of Sports Grounds.
The Sports Ground Design and Reconstruction: Best Practice Supervision presentation was well-received at the Victoria conference. The material presented broke down the process of sports ground design and reconstruction works into simple and defined stages. It demonstrated simple supervision strategies that can be undertaken and how to coordinate outcomes when using contractors. The presentation also focused on how to deliver expected project outcomes and timelines for stakeholder use and negating possible costly mistakes and delays in projects.
